Oyster Renewable Energy Appoints Sandeep Arora as CFO to Strengthen Financial Strategy

Oyster Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd, a hybrid renewable energy solutions provider serving commercial and industrial (C&I) consumers, has appointed Sandeep Arora as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as the company looks to strengthen its financial strategy and support its next phase of growth.

In his new role, Arora will oversee the company’s financial strategy, capital management and long-term financial planning. His appointment comes as Oyster Renewable continues to expand its renewable energy portfolio and strengthen its presence in the C&I segment.

Arora brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, infrastructure and renewable energy. His expertise spans capital raising, project finance, financial planning, investment strategy and risk management. He has also been involved in financing large-scale renewable energy projects and managing complex capital requirements.

Commenting on his appointment, Sandeep Arora, CFO, Oyster Renewable, said the company is at an important stage of growth as it seeks to contribute to India’s transition towards reliable and scalable clean energy. He said his focus will be on developing a robust financial framework, optimising capital deployment and supporting disciplined growth.

Siddharth Bhatia, Managing Director and CEO, Oyster Renewable, said Arora’s experience in finance, infrastructure and renewable energy would support the company’s growth plans and strengthen its financial strategy. He added that Arora’s expertise would be valuable as Oyster Renewable scales its renewable energy portfolio and expands its offerings for C&I consumers.
