TotalEnergies Appoints Emmanuelle Guégan as President Marketing & Services

TotalEnergies has appointed Emmanuelle Guégan as President Marketing & Services and a member of its Executive Committee, effective September 1, 2026.

Guégan succeeds Bernard Pinatel, who is retiring from the company. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs for TotalEnergies’ Exploration & Production division, a position she held since October 2025.

TotalEnergies Chairman and CEO Patrick Pouyanné thanked Pinatel for his longstanding contribution to the company, particularly during his decade on the Executive Committee, and welcomed Guégan to the leadership team.

Following the appointment, TotalEnergies’ Executive Committee comprises Patrick Pouyanné, Emmanuelle Guégan, Aurélien Hamelle, Stéphane Michel, Catherine Remy, Jean-Pierre Sbraire, Namita Shah, Vincent Stoquart and Nicolas Terraz.

The leadership change comes as Guégan takes charge of TotalEnergies’ Marketing & Services activities, while Pinatel retires following his tenure with the company.
