ACME Solar Approves Wholly Owned UAE Subsidiary to Strengthen Renewable Energy Procurement, Supply Chain and Project Support

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates to support its renewable energy business through procurement, supply chain management and project support activities.

The company’s Operational Committee approved the proposal at a meeting held on September 10, 2026. The incorporation process for the proposed entity, to be named ACME Renewables FZCO or another name approved by the relevant UAE authorities, will now be initiated.

The UAE subsidiary will operate in the renewable energy systems, components and storage products supply chain. Its planned activities will include procurement, supply chain management, project support and other ancillary functions to support ACME Solar’s renewable energy business.

The company also plans to use the UAE entity for hedging renewable energy raw materials available in international markets, including lithium carbonate and polysilicon. This could support ACME Solar’s procurement and supply-chain activities for renewable energy and storage-related products.

The proposed subsidiary will be fully owned by ACME Solar Holdings and will accordingly be treated as a related party of the company. The entity is proposed to be incorporated with an initial capital of AED 10,000, or its equivalent in Indian rupees, which will be infused in one or more tranches in accordance with applicable local laws and requirements.

The company has stated that no governmental or regulatory approvals are applicable for the incorporation of the entity.
