Vestas Northern and Central Europe has secured three separate wind turbine supply contracts totaling 119 MW across key European markets as part of its third-quarter order intake.
The deals include equipment supply and long-term service maintenance for projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Poland. Under the terms of all three agreements, Vestas will provide 20-year Active Output Management (AOM) service contracts—AOM 4000 and AOM 5000—to ensure long-term operational efficiency.
Project Breakdown
- Netherlands (41 MW): Contracted by Windpark AgroWind-Reusel B.V. for the Agro Wind Reusel project. Vestas will supply nine V163-4.5 MW turbines. Turbine delivery is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2027, with commissioning expected in Q4 2027.
- Belgium (43 MW): Awarded by an undisclosed customer, this order covers three V136-4.2 MW turbines and five V150-6.0 MW turbines. Delivery is set to commence in Q3 2027, followed by commissioning in Q4 2027.
- Poland (36 MW): Placed by KWE Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of ORLEN New Power Sp. z o.o., for the Kazimierz Biskupi wind farm. The contract calls for nine V136-4.0 MW turbines. Equipment delivery is slated for Q2 2027, with full commissioning anticipated in Q1 2028.
