Vestas has announced a new 48 MW wind turbine order in Germany as part of its third-quarter order intake.
The order includes the supply of five V162-7.2 MW wind turbines and two V150-6.0 MW turbines, with the project customer and project name remaining undisclosed.
As part of the agreement, Vestas will also provide a 20-year Active Output Management (AOM) 4000 service agreement covering the turbines.
The order includes delivery and commissioning of the wind turbines. The project is located in Germany and falls within Vestas’ Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
