With the signing of this agreement, Datta Infra Group has crossed 600 MW of cumulative signed power purchase agreements with reputed power offtakers. The latest agreement with SJVN adds to the group’s growing portfolio of wind energy projects and reflects its focus on developing renewable energy capacity through long-term power procurement arrangements.

The group stated that its growth is supported by project execution and commissioning activities, rather than relying solely on signed agreements. So far, it has commissioned 50 MW of renewable energy capacity, while more than 300 MW of wind power projects are currently under construction.

The 110 MW project in Davanagere is expected to contribute to Karnataka’s renewable energy capacity and support the state’s efforts to increase clean electricity generation. The partnership with SJVN, a public sector renewable energy developer, also highlights the growing role of independent power producers in India’s clean energy transition.

The group aims to strengthen its renewable energy portfolio further, building on its 600 MW-plus signed PPAs, 50 MW commissioned capacity and more than 300 MW of wind projects under construction.
