DCM Shriram Limited has announced the full commissioning of its 68 MW wind-solar hybrid renewable energy project, marking the completion of its planned renewable power capacity. The project has been developed through a special purpose vehicle (SPV), JSW Renew Energy Thirty Two Limited.
The latest development follows earlier disclosures made by the company to stock exchanges in December 2024 and May 2026. These updates provided information about the project’s initial development and partial commissioning. The project, with an average capacity of approximately 34 MW, was commissioned in phases before achieving full operational status.
With the completion of the entire 68 MW capacity, the project represents another step in DCM Shriram’s renewable energy initiatives and its efforts to strengthen access to clean power. Wind-solar hybrid projects combine electricity generation from wind and solar sources, helping improve renewable energy utilisation.
The company formally informed BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the development on October 29, 2026. The disclosure was submitted by Deepak Gupta, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of DCM Shriram Limited, in accordance with applicable Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) listing regulations.
The commissioning completes the project’s planned capacity and brings the entire renewable power facility into operation.
