South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (SBPDCL), a Government of Bihar undertaking on behalf of North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (NBPDCL) invites Request for Proposal (RfP) for empanelment of bidders for design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, and integrated comprehensive maintenance for 5 years for Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic power units, for an estimated total capacity of 5MW in residential sector across various locations in Bihar.
Only agencies, firms, companies, state and central government with necessary relevant experience are eligible to participate in the online bidding process. While the cost of the tender document is only Rs.5000, bidding companies will have to pay Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 2 lakh.
The RfP document will be available for download on the e-tendering and e-procurement system of the Government of Bihar website from January 10 to January 30, 2020. Bids can be submitted online before 17:00 hrs on January 30, while the technical and commercial part of the bid will only open on January 31 at 15:00 hrs.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 16 at 11.30hrs.
