AAI Floats 1.5 MW Tender At Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur For On-Grid Solar Project

Airports Authority of India (AAI) has floated a tender at the Swami Vivekananda Airport inviting bids from eligible firms for the commissioning of an on-grid solar power plant worth 1.5 MW capacity.


The last date for bid submission is March 20, 2020, at 06:00 PM and the techno-commercial bids will be opened on March 31, 2020, at 11:30 AM. All the interested bidders should pay a tender fee of Rs.1,680. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 7,85,65,950 and an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 15,71,319 must be submitted by all prospective bidders.

The scope of work includes the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of on-grid 1.5 MegaWatt (AC output) Solar Power Plant on CAPEX MODEL at the Airport. The developers will have a period of 180 days to complete the work on the project.

Eligibility for participating in the bidding process is that bidders should have satisfactorily completed ( Predetermined phasing of the work will be accepted) three works, each of Rs. 3,14,26,380 or two works, each of Rs. 3,92,82,975 or one work of Rs. 6,28,52,760 of similar nature in the single contract during the last seven years ending on 28.02.2019 in India.
