Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) issued a tender for supply and installation of Solar Panels at SPMs at PHBPL Paradip, Odisha.
The last date for downloading and submitting a tender is 17.06.2020 up to 15:00 hrs. The date and time of opening of the Techno-commercial bid is 18.06.2020 at 15:00 Hrs.
Along with the bids, the bidder must submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 5,400/- through online. Entities exempted from submission of EMD are Micro and Small Enterprises registered with agencies/bodies (ii) Public sector Undertaking of Central / State Government and JVs of IOC. The schedule completion period for this contract shall be Four months from the date of handing over of the site.
It has been highlighted that “ Pre-qualification criteria will be checked at the time of techno-commercial evaluation of the offer.”,
To participate in this bid the bidder must have a minimum annual turnover of 3.24 Lakh in any of three preceding financial years. To be eligible, the bidder must have successfully operated as the main contractor or as approved sub-contractor (by the end-client), during any of the last seven years and also must have at least completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1.62 Lakh or two completed works each costing not less than Rs 2.16 Lakh OR 1 completed work costing not less than Rs. 2.70 Lakh.
Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) are eligible for purchase preference as per the prevailing Govt. policy/Corporation policy.
Indian Oil especially instructed the bidders to Notwithstanding any other condition/provision and to submit complete documents about PQC along with their offer. Failure to meet the PQC will render the bid to be summarily rejected.
IOCL reserves the right to reject any or all of the tenders or any part of a tender so received and no compensation shall be paid. Reasons for rejection shall be disclosed on written representation by the concerned bidder whose bid is rejected.
In April, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd(IOCL) floated a tender for Operation and Maintenance of 55 KWp On-Grid Roof Mounted Captive Solar Power Project at IndianOil Terminal at Trichy. The scope of work for the bidders is divided into two parts, Part-A: Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of 55.0 KWp On-Grid Captive Solar PV (SPV) Plant on turnkey basis inclusive of comprehensive O&M of the SPV Plant for one year from the date of successful project commissioning. Part-B: Operation & Maintenance of Solar Plant for a further period of 4 years from the date of completion of work.
