Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. invites electronic bids under two bid systems for Annual Maintenance Contract for 33 kv transmission line of 5 mw Solar Power Plant located at village Rawra (panchayat bap), Tehsil Phalodi, District Jodhpur in Rajasthan.

The last date of bid submission is 03.07.2020 at 15:00 Hrs.The opening date of the technical bid is 04.07.2020 at 15:00 Hrs.

Along with the bid  the bidders must submit earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs. 8,900/-.EMD should only be submitted  through Net Banking/ NEFT or Bank Guarantee,EMD SUBMITTED IN FORM OR THROUGH MODE OTHER THAN MENTIONED ABOVE SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

To participate in this bid the bidder must have Minimum Annual Turnover (MAAT) of Rs. 5.31 Lakh in any of the last three preceding financial years.To be eligible in this bid, Company/Firm must have Minimum Value of Single Work Order executed for similar nature of work during last seven years ending on last day of the month.Bidder must successful operated three project worth 2.66  Lakhs,Two projects worth 3.54 Lakhs or One project worth 4.43 Lakhs.Qualifying value for single work order shall be exclusive of tax.

Recently, Indian Oil Corporation Limited had issued a tender for supply and installation of Solar Panels at SPMs at PHBPL Paradip, Odisha.Along with the bids, the bidder must submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 5,400/- through online. Entities exempted from submission of EMD are Micro and Small Enterprises registered with agencies/bodies (ii) Public sector Undertaking of Central / State Government and JVs of IOC. The schedule completion period for this contract shall be Four months from the date of handing over of the site.

To participate in this bid the bidder must have a minimum annual turnover of 3.24 Lakh in any of three preceding financial years. To be eligible, the bidder must have successfully operated as the main contractor or as approved sub-contractor (by the end-client), during any of the last seven years and also must have at least completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1.62 Lakh or two completed works each costing not less than Rs 2.16 Lakh OR 1 completed work costing not less than Rs. 2.70 Lakh.
