Aravali Power Company Pvt Ltd. (APCPL) has issued a tender for 100KWp solar rooftop project of Bal Bharati Public school at IGSTPP,Haryana.
The scope of work for successful bidders is Design, engineering, supply, Erection and commissioning, testing along with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of 100KWp solar rooftop project.
The last date of bid submission is 26/06/2020 upto 2:30PM.The opening date of the technical bid is 30/06/2020 at 3:15 PM.Completion Period for this project is 2 years 6 months.
Along with the bid the bidders must submit a tender fee of Rs. 1330.The bidder must also pay earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs. 50,000.00.The estimated cost of the project is 42.78 lakhs.
It has been stated on the document that not more than one tender shall be submitted by one contractor or contractors having business relationships.
To participate in this bid the bidder should have successfully completed the work of design, supply, erection, commissioning along with operation & maintenance (O&M) of SPV based grid connected power plant of at least one plant of 80KWp or above, during the last 7 years from the date of bid opening and which are in successful operation for at least one year prior to the date of technical bid opening having minimum supplied values for One executed works costing not less than Rs. 38.03 Lakhs or two executed works costing not less than Rs. 23.77 Lakhs or three executed works costing not less than Rs. 19.02 Lakhs.
The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the three preceding financial years should be Rs. 47.54 Lakhs.
It has been highlighted that the bidder must submit all the required documents to meet Qualifying Requirement along with tender documents. Post bid opening, APCPL may not seek any other document from the vendor and vendors may not be allowed to provide any new document to meet QR. It also mentions that QR evaluation may be done only on the basis of the documents submitted along with the bid.
Recently, Haryana Renewable Energy Development Agency floated Online tenders for LED Based Solar Home System for Anganwari Centres.The last date of bid submission is 03.07.2020 at 02:00 P.M.Date & time of opening of Technical Bids/s.will be on or after 03.07.2020 at 02:30 P.M.Date & time of opening of Financial Bids/s To be decided later according to tender document. The last date of online submission of EMD, Tender fee & e-Service through is On or before the last date of submission of Technical Bids up to 12:00 Noon and if bidders want to submit fees through RTGS/ NEFT the last date is On or before 01.07.2020 Upto 02:00 P.M.
The scope of work for the successful bidder is Supply, installation, and commissioning of LED Based Solar Home System for Anganwari Centres of the Haryana State with five years warranty of the complete system. The delivery period is three months from the date of placement of work order.
