Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited, invites Bids from the eligible Bidder to participate through this Request for Proposal (RFP) for “Conversion of Existing Non-Functional Off Grid Solar Plant at State Govt. Institutions along with five (5) years of Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance, Connectivity & Synchronization of the
System with the Grid and Net Metering”.
“Existing System” shall mean an Off-Grid Solar rooftop plant comprises of Solar Panels, Mounting Structure, AC & DC Cables, PCU, Batteries, and all other accessories; The system is presently not functional.
For the implementation of above-mentioned work, Bidder should submit their bid proposal along with non-refundable Bid Processing Fee and all requisite documents complete in all respects on or before 25/03/2021 up to 04.00 PM at online portal in prescribed format. Bid proposals received without the prescribed Bid Processing Fee and Bid Security will be rejected. In the event of any date indicated above is a declared Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein.
Technical Bid will be opened on 27/03/2021 at 11:00 AM
