Early commissioning allowed on Mdium Term and Short Term Access basis, which is in addition to such commissioning through Long Term Access. However, sale of power to procurer from SCD would be through LTA.
Clarity on grounds of extension due to delay in grant of connectivity and operationalization of Long Term Access – Applicant should ensure that Interconnecting substation was scheduled for completion on or before SCD of the Hybrid Project (Crucial One, well coordinated efforts required from RE Developers as well as Transmission Licensees; CEA to play important role).
