The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between HDF Energy Company and Saigon Asset Management Company (Saigon Asset Management – SAM) for the development of a chain of power generation projects from hydrogen fuel and renewable energy in Vietnam was held at the French Embassy.
