The Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh (AUTL) has invited bids for the supply of a 15 MW solar power project at Phey.
The scope of 15 MW Solar tender covers the complete design, shadow analysis, engineering, manufacture and supply of rooftops, as well as civil work. It also includes operation and maintenance (O&M), of 15MW solar PV project, and cleaning of modules at regular intervals. This 15 MW solar project will be completed within three months of the date that the letter of acceptance was received (LoA span).
Bid Submission End Date is 01-10-2022 up to 4.00 P.M and Date & time of opening of Tender (Online) is 03.10-2022 at 12.05 P.M
The cost of the tender is 1.89 crores. The non-refundable tender document fee is Rs.2,000 (including 18% GST). Each bidder must submit Rs. 3.78 lakh for earnest money deposit (EMD/bid security).
Bidders must have had experience with ground-mounted solar power plants connected to the grid in the past five years. The projects must comprise transmission line construction, switchyard/substation bay, design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning, operation, and maintenance of solar power plants.
