Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) Invites Bids for Selection of Vendors for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Transport, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 666,250 nos Off-Grid Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) of 1-10 HP capacities in selected States on PAN India basis, including complete system warranty and its repair and maintenance for 5 Years under Component-B of PM-KUSUM scheme of MNRE.
Last day to submit bids is February 28, 2023. The bids will open on March 3.
Bid processing fees is INR 35,500. Bidder must submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of Bank Guarantee of 2 % of amount equivalent to the 6 % of the value of total state-wise allocation or 25 numbers of SPWPS, whichever is higher.
The performance bank guarantee must be equal to 3% of total state-wise allocations of solar pumps or 25 solar pumps.
Selected vendors have to submit monthly consent of beneficiaries in their favor to State Implementation Agencies (SIA) for which SIA’s will be Notice to Proceed and for this, vendor shall complete the installation and commissioning of SPWPS within 120 days from date of issuance of NTP for general category states. However, for special category states/Hill States & UTs and Island UTs, Vendor shall complete the installation and commissioning of SPWPS within 150 days of issuance of such NTP.
They must also offer a five-year warranty on the entire system, including repairs and maintenance.
Participation is open to manufacturers of solar modules, solar pump controllers, and solar pump controllers. Engineers, procurement and construction contractors as well as system integrators who have worked on similar projects in the past, as well as solar module manufacturers, solar pumps manufacturers, or solar pump controller manufacturers, may also submit bids.
