Uttar Pradesh Government Sign MoUs With 6 UAE Companies

According to a statement by the UP government, the state has signed 6 Memorandum of Understandings of worth Rs 18,590 crore with 6 companies of the United Arab Emirates.

This was in advance of theย Global Investors Summitย which will be held in Lucknow in February.

The statement states that this agreement will create over 20,000 new jobs.

Astha Green Energy Venture will invest in renewable energy for Rs 4480 crore and will create 2560 new jobs, whereas, Shree Siddharth Infratech & Services will invest Rs 8000 crore to create 4800 new jobs.

In the Logistics Park sector, Sharaf Group, and Hindustan Port, will also invest.ย According to the statement, the investment will amount to Rs 1300 crore and Rs 210 crore respectively, and provide 1500 and 1000 job opportunities.
