Sunsure Energy has announced that it has installed a 15 MWp solar power plant open-access in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh.
This project will provide 23.5 million units annually of clean energy to some of the largest companies in UP at an affordable price. It will also allow for savings of more than 30% on electricity expenses. According to the company, it will offset 20,000 tonnes CO2 emissions.
Through a 33kV connection, the solar plant supplies power to the 132/33 kV Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corp. Ltd. (UPPTCL), substation in Kabrai. It is constructed with string inverters, 470 Wp modules, and covers 54 acres.
In the month of November last year Sunsure Energy had announced completion of its 74 MWp Open Access Solar Project in the Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu.
