SECI Invites Bids for 2 MW Solar Project with 1 MW BESS in Himachal Pradesh

The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has recently announced an invitation for bids to construct a 2 MW solar project and a 1 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Kaza, Himachal Pradesh.

The project involves various activities such as design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning. The bidder is also expected to undertake operation and maintenance (O&M) for five years after the project is commissioned.

Last Date for online submission of Bids is 03/04/2023 till 1400 Hours and tenders will be opened on the same day at 1600 Hours.

Interested bidders must furnish a tender processing fee of โ‚น25,000 and an earnest money deposit of โ‚น3,400,000.

The minimum annual turnover of the bidder in the last three financial years should be โ‚น68.5 million, and the net worth for the last financial year should be positive. In addition, the bidder should have a minimum working capital of โ‚น28.6 million as per the last audited financial statement.

The Minimum Average Annual Turnover of the bidder in the last three financial years should be โ‚น6,85,00,000. The net worth for the last financial year should be positive. The bidder should have a minimum Working Capital of โ‚น2,86,00,000 as per the last audited financial statement.
