Rewa Ultra Mega Solar (RUMSL), a collaboration between Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam (MPUVN) and Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), has initiated a request for proposal (RFP) to select a developer for pumped hydro storage (PHS) projects totaling 13.8 GW. These projects are distributed across various sites in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
RUMSL hereby publish this RFP to allot PHS site to eligible bidder through competitive bidding basis.
Technical & Financial Bid is required to be submitted in online completed in all aspects on or before 11:00 Hrs of 04/07/2023.
Technical Bids will be opened on 07/07/2023 at 11:00 Hrs.
The bidding document is available at a price of ₹295,000. Additionally, the selected bidder will be required to provide a bid security of ₹10 lacs.
Each site’s project development fee is set at ₹25,000 per MW of the estimated capacity.
