Avaada Energy and Al Jomaih Energy and Water Forge Strategic Partnership to Drive Renewable Power Advancements in the Middle East

Avaada Energy, the renewable energy division of the Avaada Group, a renowned global leader in renewable energy, is thrilled to declare a strategic collaboration with Al Jomaih Energy and Water (AEW) aimed at pioneering renewable power generation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and selected regions in the Middle East. This significant milestone is highlighted by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between these two distinguished organizations.

The alliance is set to explore the vast potential of Solar, Wind, Hybrid, and Battery Energy Storage solutions. “Joining forces with AEW underscores our dedication to bringing sustainable energy innovations to the Middle East,” expressed Mr. Vineet Mittal, Chairman of Avaada Group.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) sets the stage for a cooperative endeavor, with a specialized committee consisting of representatives from both AEW and Avaada, overseeing potential projects. AEW, leveraging its deep-seated local expertise, will engage with stakeholders and offer essential resources. In contrast, Avaada will contribute its wealth of development experience and technical proficiency to the partnership.

This collaboration extends to cover various aspects, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), as well as Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services. Avaada is well-prepared to provide competitive EPC solutions and is also open to collaborative O&M arrangements in Saudi Arabia.
