REC Group Becomes a Participant in the United Nations Global Compact Initiative

The UN Global Compact serves as a voluntary leadership platform, urging companies to adopt and disclose responsible business strategies while aligning their operations with ten globally recognized principles encompassing human rights, labor, environmental stewardship, and anti-corruption measures.

With over 15,000 companies and 3,800 non-business signatories from 160+ countries, the UN Global Compact, established in 2000, stands as the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. REC Group’s decision to participate underscores its commitment to positive global impact through robust Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies.

By affiliating with the UN Global Compact, REC Group signals its steadfast dedication to championing human rights, fair labor practices, environmental sustainability, and combating corruption. Furthermore, this alliance reinforces REC’s alignment with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
