Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation (HPPCL) Calls for Proposals for 13 MW Solar Power Projects in Maira and Dabhota II, Solan, Himachal Pradesh
HPPCL has initiated the process for design, supply, construction, erection, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of solar power projects totalling 13 MW capacity at Maira and Dabhota II in Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
The deadline for bid submissions is April 12, 2024, with bids being opened on the same day.
Bidders pay โน10,000 for the tender document. They must pay an earnest money deposit of โน1.6 crore.
Bidders are responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration with the state electricity authority’s evacuation system.
They must demonstrate a minimum average annual turnover of โน40 crore over the past three financial years, excluding other income.
Additionally, bidders must possess sufficient financial resources, including liquid assets and lines of credit, to meet a cash-flow requirement of โน20 crore.
Experience criteria include participation in contracts exceeding โน24 crore in value within the last ten years, with projects of at least 3.9 MW capacity, or alternative criteria based on multiple contracts.
Furthermore, bidders should have completed at least one year of operational and maintenance activities for a solar project with a minimum capacity of 3.25 MW within the past decade.
