Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has embarked on a strategic partnership with KBR Consulting Company to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study on renewable energy and green hydrogen initiatives. This groundbreaking agreement underscores KOC’s commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions and aligns with Kuwait Petroleum Corporation’s (KPC) ambitious energy transformation strategy.
To inaugurate this transformative initiative, a coordination meeting was convened between the two entities to delineate the parameters and operational framework of the feasibility study. Present at the meeting were key stakeholders including Hamad Al-Zaabi, Manager of the Innovation & Technology Group; Mohammed Al-Oqab, Team Leader of Research and Technology Surface; Nasser Abu Taleb, Team Leader of PMC Management; Nahed Al-Hajeri, Team Leader of Projects Management (35); and Dr. Hussein Arab, Chief Consultant.
