Dome Group and InSolare Energy Form Joint Venture for Solar Projects Across the Middle East

The Dome Group and InSolare Energy have officially signed a Joint Venture Agreement to target Utility-scale and Commercial & Industrial Ground Mounted Solar PV projects across the GCC, Yemen, and Iraq. This collaboration brings together Dome’s expertise in the Middle Eastern Solar market and InSolare’s extensive experience in large-scale projects in India over the past 15 years. The joint venture aims to establish itself as a leading EPC solar solution provider in the region.

Khaled Daair, Dome’s Group Managing Director, expressed his satisfaction with the partnership, highlighting the successful collaboration between Dome and InSolare on previous solar projects in the UAE. He emphasized the importance of formalizing this relationship to pursue larger solar projects across their existing geographic footprint.

Navashil Sharma, CEO of InSolare, echoed Daair’s sentiments, emphasizing the synergies between the two organizations and their shared goal of expanding into new markets. He expressed confidence in the partnership and the opportunity to leverage InSolare’s experience and expertise in the Middle East with a trusted local partner like Dome.
