Anna Patricia Pastor, Senior Vice President of Operations at Buskowitz Energy Inc., has been named Woman Solar Operations & Project Delivery Leader of the Year at WENERGY 2026, presented during Philippines Clean Energy Week 2026.
The award recognises Pastor’s outstanding leadership in solar operations and project delivery across Buskowitz Energy’s commercial and industrial renewable-energy portfolio.
In her role as SVP Operations, Pastor oversees a 72-project operating portfolio representing 65.7 MWp while driving the energisation and construction of a substantial pipeline of commercial and industrial solar projects across the Philippines.
The recognition reflects her ability to manage two critical dimensions of renewable-energy growth: maintaining the performance of existing operating assets and advancing new projects through construction and energisation.
Managing a distributed portfolio of this scale requires consistent operational oversight, coordination across multiple project sites and a strong focus on safety, reliability and long-term performance. At the same time, delivering an expanding project pipeline requires disciplined execution, effective team leadership and close collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and customer operations.
