Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (KELTRON) has announced an invitation for e-tenders from eligible contractors and suppliers for a comprehensive two-year annual maintenance contract for a 1MWp solar power plant located in Ramakkalmedu, Idukki.
Bidders are required to deliver items directly to the site of installation.
Key dates for the tender process are as follows:
Deadline for online submission of bid documents: May 27, 2024, at 6:00 PM
Opening of technical bids (cover 1): May 29, 2024, at 9:00 AM
Opening of financial bids (cover 2): To be announced after technical evaluation
The tender document fee is set at INR 3,626, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 24,170. EMD exemptions apply for bidders with a valid UAN. Notably, no hard copies of the bid attachments will be accepted.
All participating bidders must possess a valid digital signature certificate from an approved certifying authority.
