Chint Power Strengthens Brazilian Market Presence with R$14 Million Partnership with GT Solar

Chint Power, a leading Chinese manufacturer with over 1 million installed photovoltaic inverters worldwide, has announced a significant new partnership in Brazil. The company has teamed up with GT Solar, part of the ibyte group, a prominent distributor of photovoltaic solar energy equipment operating nationwide. GT Solarโ€™s distribution center in Fortaleza, Cearรก, will bolster Chint Powerโ€™s presence in Brazilโ€™s Northeast region.

The agreement, valued at approximately R$14 million, involves GT Solar acquiring equipment from Chint Power, reinforcing the latter’s growth strategy in Brazil. This partnership follows two other agreements made in April with Odex Distribuidora from Maringรก (PR) and OIW from Taquari (RS), totaling around R$54 million.
