The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) is seeking bids from qualified agencies, firms, and bidders for a project in Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. This project involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of data loggers, as well as remote and local monitoring systems for 1 MW (AC) rooftop solar PV power plants at various locations.
Interested bidders must submit their technical and commercial proposals in separate sealed envelopes by July 31, 2024. The proposals need to be addressed according to the bid information sheet and should include all necessary details for the selection process.
The project is expected to be completed within one month from the date of the work order. The scope of work includes design and engineering, procurement and supply of equipment and materials, testing at the manufacturer’s works, multi-level inspections, packing and forwarding, supply, receipt, unloading, and storage at the site. It also covers associated civil works, services, permits, licenses, installation and related tasks, as well as insurance at all stages, erection, testing, and commissioning of the data logger and monitoring system.
The project will be carried out on a turnkey basis, ensuring that all aspects of procurement, supply, testing, packing, transportation, transit insurance, receipt, unloading, and storage at the site are managed efficiently.
Bidders are required to meet the technical and commercial requirements outlined by SECI to be considered for this project.
