Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), welcomed HE Satish Kumar Sivan, Consul General of the Republic of India to Dubai and the Northern Emirates, to discuss mutual cooperation and strategic partnerships.
