To begin, can you briefly describe how the advanced technologies in your RIGEL PLUS and ALPHA PLUS series enhance the efficiency and performance of solar PV modules?
We have named ALPHA PLUS to Mono-Perc Half-Cut Monofacial Solar Panel & RIGEL PLUS to Mono-Perc Half-Cut Bifacial Solar Panel. Both the Solar panels have efficiency of 22% +. Monofacial Solar Panel generates power from the upper surface when light falls on it & Bifacial Solar Panel generates extra power or watts when reflected light falls on the back side of the Solar Panel, depending on reflective surface. Bi-facial panels are required to be installed with minimum 1Mtr. bottom side height from the ground which allows enough lights to get in and get reflected to fall on the back surface. Output of Bi-facial panel increases upto 40% if reflective surface is painted with white colour & kept clean & shining. With normal gray surface too, it gives 3-5% more output. Novasys ALPHA PLUS 550Wp (Monofacial Panel) has given nearly 6.5 units per day per KW in summer & shinee days & RIGEL PLUS 550Wp (BI-facial) has reached 6.9Units per day per KW.
Can you highlight the key features of your Nagpur manufacturing facility and the standards you follow to ensure quality and innovation?
Novasys manufacturing facility is at Nagpur which is a completely automated plant with World Class Machineries and we have inhouse quality lab performing 45+ quality tests to ensure world class product from our factory. Due to automation, each & every panel is passed through stringent quality procedures.
As President of Solar Business, what upcoming trends and opportunities do you see in the Indian solar market?
The new technology advancement is TOPCON N-Type Solar Module which we are launching soon and these are under lab testing & certification. In TOPCON N-Type solar panel, wattage will be 590Wp+ as compared to Mono-Perc 550Wp in P-Type in the same size. We have a great opportunity to expand our business which we are doing as demand of the market is growing big day by day due to the Solar Target of 450GW to be achieved by 2030. We have achieved just 90GW as of now & still 360MW Solar Capacity needs to be achieved.
What are the key aspects of Novasys Greenergy’s comprehensive solar solutions for industrial and commercial rooftop applications?
We are mainly into Solar Panel Manufacturing supply & also offering EPC services to both industrial & commercial rooftop solar users with 500kW & above requirements. Our focus is on developing Solar Park as well which will cater the needs of Solar Energy buyers under open access.
How has your 600 MW solar PV module manufacturing unit impacted local job creation and skill development in the region?
Our current manufacturing facility is 600MW which has generated direct jobs for 500+ Skilled & unskilled people and has given business opportunities to 1000+ people. We are coming up with 2MW additional manufacturing capacity within next 1year which will expand our business further domestically as well as in the export segment.
