Sembcorp Industries (Sembcorp) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sembcorp Green Hydrogen India Private Limited, is currently engaged in discussions with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) to establish a definitive joint venture agreement.
