Lubi Industries LLP, a prominent manufacturer of pumps, motors, EV solutions, valves, and solar products, has announced that its corporate campus in Ahmedabad has been awarded the esteemed Gold certification by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).
This certification highlights Lubi Industries’ dedication to sustainability and environmental responsibility, as the headquarters meets stringent standards across seven key environmental categories established by IGBC for Green New Buildings. These categories include Sustainable Architecture and Design, Site Selection and Planning, Water Conservation, Energy Efficiency, Building Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Innovation and Development.

We not only design and manufacture the most energy-efficient products that meet international standards but also do so sustainably. This certification motivates us to continue setting benchmarks in environmental stewardship and contributing to a sustainable future.”
Lubi Industries’ headquarters features a range of environmentally friendly initiatives, such as advanced water conservation systems that include sensor-operated faucets to minimize water wastage and a comprehensive rainwater harvesting system designed to replenish groundwater. The facility also recycles and reuses all wastewater generated through a captive treatment facility and produces 70 kWh of solar energy, significantly reducing its carbon footprint. Notably, 25% of the campus area is dedicated to green spaces.
In support of sustainable transportation, Lubi Industries has equipped 25% of its parking spaces with EV charging stations. The campus utilizes an energy-efficient chiller-based cooling system and a state-of-the-art building management system with an auto shut-off function after sunset, maximizing energy efficiency during non-occupancy hours.
Moreover, the biophilic design of the campus enhances employee well-being and creativity, aiming to reduce presentism by integrating nature into the workplace.
