HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc., a leader in climate solution investments, has teamed up with IGS Solar, a solar financing company affiliated with IGS Energy in Dublin, Ohio. This partnership aims to fund residential solar and energy storage projects in the U.S. HASIโs first equity investment will support the installation of a 71 MW solar portfolio in 2025. These rooftop solar systems, offered through 25-year leases, allow homeowners to save on monthly electricity bills. The systems will be installed in 11 states, with a significant focus on New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

Since 2017, IGS Solar has funded over $1 billion in residential solar leases and power purchase agreements (PPAs), benefiting around 30,000 homeowners across 10 states. The new partnership with HASI aims to accelerate this growth, enabling the deployment of solar and energy storage systems for up to 60,000 customers within the next three years. With this collaboration, IGS Solar is poised to strengthen its position as a key residential solar financing provider. The company focuses on offering seamless financial products and asset management services to support system sales for national, regional, and local installers.
