The provisional enlistments are subject to the fulfillment of conditions outlined in the ALMM order, guidelines, or other instructions issued by the government. Final enlistment will be granted after a detailed scrutiny process by the government to ensure compliance with the specified conditions. These enlistments aim to promote the use of certified and reliable solar PV modules, supporting India’s renewable energy targets.

It is important to note that the MNRE, Government of India, National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE), or their representatives will not be held liable for any loss, liability, damage, or expenses arising from solar PV modules granted provisional enlistment but failing to secure final enlistment. The issuance of these provisional enlistments has been approved by the competent authority.

These developments reflect the efforts of ReNew Photovoltaics, Renewsys India, and ORB Energy to expand their contributions to Indiaโ€™s solar energy capacity. The provisional enlistments mark a step forward in ensuring the availability of high-quality and dependable solar PV modules for various projects across the country.
