Sungrow Hydrogen has strengthened its global presence in the green hydrogen sector with the successful back-to-back shipment of flexible hydrogen systems to Oman, Italy, and Brazil, marking a major milestone in its international project delivery capabilities.

In Oman, the company has delivered 160 MW of alkaline water electrolysis (AWE) units as the primary supplier for a major green ammonia project developed by ACME Group. The deployment represents a significant advancement in Omanโ€™s clean energy transition, with Sungrow Hydrogen leveraging its in-house manufacturing capabilities and automated electrolyzer assembly lines to ensure scalability and quality for utility-scale applications.

In Europe, Sungrow Hydrogen is supporting Italyโ€™s first megawatt-scale off-grid photovoltaic-to-hydrogen project by supplying a 3 MW containerised proton exchange membrane (PEM) system. The system integrates solar PV, battery storage, and hydrogen production through the companyโ€™s HyBrain intelligent management platform, offering a scalable solution for industrial decarbonisation and clean mobility.

Meanwhile, in Brazil, the company has shipped a containerised flexible electrolysis system for a key green hydrogen project. Designed to handle fluctuations in solar power input, the system complies with international standards such as ASME and ISO 22734, as well as local Brazilian certifications, supporting hydrogen-natural gas blending initiatives and advancing the countryโ€™s hydrogen economy.
