Adani Green Energy Reaches 12,841 MW with 250 MW Solar Project in Rajasthan

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has commissioned a 250 MW solar power project at Bhimsar, Rajasthan, through its wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Four Limited. With this addition, AGELโ€™s total operational renewable energy capacity has reached 12,841.1 MW, strengthening its position as a key player in Indiaโ€™s clean energy sector.

The decision to commission the plant was finalized, following regulatory clearances, and operations will commence from March 21, 2025. This expansion aligns with AGELโ€™s mission to scale up renewable energy production and support Indiaโ€™s carbon-neutral goals.

AGEL remains focused on increasing its renewable energy footprint through large-scale solar and wind projects, leveraging advanced technology and strategic investments. The companyโ€™s continued growth contributes to Indiaโ€™s clean energy transition, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable power generation.
