Trinasolar, a global leader in smart solar technology, has partnered with Venergy Solar to bring a large-scale solar installation to the City of Playford, enhancing the region’s commitment to renewable energy. As part of the project, solar panels were installed across six key council buildings, helping the city reduce energy costs, lower carbon emissions, and strengthen its green energy credentials.

The project added a total of 202kW of solar capacity, covering diverse sites such as theatres, sports clubs, and carparks. These installations not only decrease the council’s reliance on grid electricity but also support Playford’s long-term sustainability strategy. By embracing renewable energy, the council is showcasing its forward-thinking approach to clean energy adoption and reducing its environmental impact.
