Ameresco Signs Agreement Renewal With Government Of Nunavut To Drive Greater Resource Visibility And Efficiency Across The Region

Ameresco, Inc., a leading provider of energy and sustainability solutions, has announced the renewal of its long-standing contract with the Government of Nunavut for its enterprise asset management platform and related professional services. This renewed agreement continues a partnership that began in 2014 and supports the effective management of a vast portfolio of assets spread across Nunavutโ€™s nearly 2 million square kilometers of Arctic territory.

Through this contract, the Government of Nunavut will continue using Amerescoโ€™s AssetPlannerยฎ platform, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that supports the management of more than 1,200 buildings and over 2,500 vehicle and equipment assets. The platform allows Nunavutโ€™s staff to efficiently manage their geographically dispersed portfolio, ensuring better planning, budgeting, and maintenance decision-making for critical infrastructure across the territory.

Amerescoโ€™s AssetPlannerยฎ software is designed to deliver actionable insights for asset, energy, and facility management. By combining the software with strategic advisory services, Ameresco helps organizations make data-informed decisions to prioritize investments, reduce energy use, and manage long-term asset performance. The platform currently tracks more than 3 billion square feet of real estate data and is widely used to support energy efficiency and carbon reduction initiatives.
