Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund (NIIOF), managed by Neo Asset Management Pvt. Ltd., has completed the acquisition of SolarArise India Projects in a transaction valued at ₹1,400 crore. The deal marks the fund’s entry into the renewable energy sector with a portfolio of 433.5 MWp solar assets spread across five Indian states.
