MOIL Invites Bids For 7 MW Solar Power Project At Parsoda Mine, Maharashtra

MOIL Limited, a Government of India enterprise, has issued a Notice Inviting Tender for the design, engineering, procurement, supply, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 7 MW (AC) solar photovoltaic power project at its Parsoda Mine site in Maharashtra. The tender also includes comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) for a period of five years. The estimated project cost, including the five-year O&M, is โ‚น32.91 crore plus GST.

The tender will be conducted through an e-tender and e-reverse auction process via MSTC Limitedโ€™s e-procurement platform. Interested bidders can download the tender documents from October 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The online pre-bid meeting will open on November 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM, and close on November 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Bidders can submit their online technical and commercial bids starting November 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The last date for bid submission is December 8, 2025, at 3:00 PM, while the technical bids will be opened on December 10, 2025, at 3:30 PM.

The earnest money deposit (EMD) for the tender is fixed at โ‚น50,00,000 (Rupees fifty lakh only). Bidders may also submit the EMD in the form of a bank guarantee issued by a nationalized or scheduled commercial bank, valid for at least 60 days beyond the bid validity period. State and Central Government organizations or PSUs are exempted from EMD submission but must upload valid proof of exemption.

The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance bank guarantee (PBG) or security deposit as per MOILโ€™s terms and conditions. The total work must be completed within five months from the date of contract signing, allowing a mobilization period of 20 days. The O&M period of five years will begin after the successful completion of the warranty phase.
