Constant Energy Expands Thai Solar Portfolio with Acquisition from EDP Renewables APAC

Constant Energy, a leading renewable energy developer and independent power producer (IPP) in Asia, has completed the acquisition of a 7.7 MW portfolio of operational solar photovoltaic (PV) assets from EDP Renewables APAC. The portfolio spans four locations across Thailand and marks another milestone in Constant Energy’s long-term growth in the country’s renewable energy sector.

Comprising fully operational solar projects supported by long-term PPAs with established industrial off-takers, the acquisition reinforces Constant Energy’s commitment to expanding sustainable energy infrastructure in Asia. By combining its proven expertise in project development and PPA structuring, Constant Energy continues to scale renewable capacity and accelerate the region’s transition toward a cleaner, more resilient energy future.
