ROSHN Group, the Public Investment Fund–owned national real estate developer, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Geberit International Sales AG to advance sustainable sanitary technology and strengthen local manufacturing capabilities in Saudi Arabia.

Under the collaboration, Geberit will serve as a principal supplier of sanitary products and related technologies across ROSHN’s current and future large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. The agreement also explores opportunities to localize production within the Kingdom, supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 agenda for economic diversification and domestic value creation.

According to both companies, the partnership aims to improve water efficiency, enhance environmental performance in buildings, and introduce advanced sanitary solutions aligned with global sustainability standards. The collaboration will also give ROSHN access to Geberit’s technical expertise, product innovation, and integrated solutions for modern infrastructure development.

Geberit, which recently expanded its regional presence by establishing a dedicated office in Riyadh, views the MoU as a key milestone in its long-term growth strategy in the Gulf. The company said the partnership will help meet rising demand for high-efficiency sanitary systems across Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding construction sector.

The new partnership is expected to accelerate the adoption of resource-efficient sanitary products across ROSHN’s residential, commercial, and community developments, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s broader push toward green building and smart city development.
