DEE Development Engineers Limited Secures ₹754 Crore Orders in February, FY26 Inflows Reach ₹1,714 Crore

DEE Development Engineers Limited reported order inflows worth ₹754 crore for February 2026, reflecting continued demand for specialised piping and fabrication solutions across the energy and industrial infrastructure sectors.

With the latest orders, the company’s cumulative order inflow for FY2025–26 reached ₹1,713.96 crore as of February 28, 2026. During the same period, order execution stood at ₹1,029.42 crore, while the company’s closing order book remained strong at ₹1,913.16 crore.

According to the company, the February order inflows were driven by ongoing project activity in sectors such as oil and gas, process and chemicals, and power generation, where DEE provides engineering, manufacturing, and fabrication solutions for complex piping systems and related infrastructure.

Commenting on the development, Chairman and Managing Director K. L. Bansal said the company continues to witness sustained demand for specialised piping and fabrication solutions across the energy infrastructure ecosystem. He noted that strong order inflows highlight the company’s engineering capabilities, disciplined project execution, and long-standing relationships with domestic and international customers.

He added that with cumulative order inflows surpassing ₹1,714 crore during the financial year and a closing order book of over ₹1,913 crore, the company has strong execution visibility for the coming quarters. The company has also received Letters of Intent worth approximately ₹211 crore from repeat customers, with formal purchase orders expected to follow.

During the quarter, the company recorded several notable developments. These included strong financial performance in Q3 FY26 with 77% revenue growth, reflecting robust project execution. The company’s subsidiary also secured its largest-ever windmill tower order worth ₹90 crore, expanding its role in the renewable energy supply chain.

In addition, DEE Development Engineers received a Letter of Intent exceeding USD 40 million for international heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) piping supply from a U.S.-based original equipment manufacturer. The company also secured orders worth ₹170 crore across domestic and international operations for fabrication, HRSG piping, and fittings.

The company further reported a ₹58 crore contract for alloy steel seamless pipes, marking the first major order for its newly commissioned seamless pipe manufacturing facility in Anjar.

DEE Development Engineers stated that these developments highlight sustained order momentum across domestic and export markets and reinforce its position as a key manufacturing partner for large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
