Shakti Pumps Hosts Dealer Meet in Kanpur to Boost Solar Irrigation Adoption

Shakti Pumps (India) Limited organized a dealer meet in Kanpur, bringing together more than 200 dealers and business partners to accelerate the expansion of solar pumping and energy-efficient solutions in the region while strengthening its service network.

The initiative is part of the companyโ€™s solar awareness drive aimed at strengthening its distribution ecosystem and increasing the adoption of solar irrigation technologies across Uttar Pradesh, one of the countryโ€™s largest agricultural states.

During the event, P. C. Jain & Sons LLP was announced as the authorized channel partner for the region. A Bhoomi Pujan ceremony was also conducted for the upcoming showroom. According to the company, the new partnership will help improve supply chain efficiency, ensure better availability of spare parts, and provide faster service support across Kanpur and surrounding areas.

The dealer meet featured an exhibition of several product categories including solar water pumps, submersible pumps, piping solutions, drip irrigation systems, EV motors and controllers, and solar rooftop products. Dealers were also given detailed insights into the technical features of these products, their energy-saving capabilities, and the economic benefits they offer to farmers and customers.

With Uttar Pradesh emerging as a key market for solar irrigation under various central and state renewable initiatives, the company is focusing on expanding its dealer network and strengthening last-mile connectivity to farmers.

Company Chairman Dinesh Patidar emphasized the importance of the dealer ecosystem, stating that the company considers its dealers as long-term partners committed to delivering quality service and building lasting customer relationships.

Managing Director Ramesh Patidar highlighted the growing demand for solar-based solutions and stressed the need for a robust distribution network to support energy self-reliance in rural and semi-urban regions.

Chief Marketing Officer Ankit Patidar noted that the company aims to empower farmers across the country through solar pumping technologies while continuing to invest in innovation and product development.

Authorized Channel Partner for Uttar Pradesh Sachin Jain expressed appreciation to the company leadership and assured improved service and customer satisfaction in the region.

During the event, Rajesh Hingorani presented an overview of product technical features and emerging market opportunities.
