JAKSON Group Expands Solar Portfolio with MNRE-Compliant Solar Kit, Backed by ₹9,000 Crore FY26 Revenue

JAKSON Group has announced a significant expansion of its energy solutions portfolio with the launch of five new products—JAKSON Genset Xtra, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Solar Kit, Mobile Light Tower (MLT), and electric three-wheelers—aimed at strengthening its position across power generation, storage, and clean energy solutions.

The company stated that the portfolio expansion aligns with its strategy to build a comprehensive and future-ready energy ecosystem, leveraging its decades-long legacy in engineering and infrastructure. With reported FY26 revenues exceeding INR 9,000 crore, JAKSON is focusing on delivering integrated solutions that address evolving energy demands across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

According to Sameer Gupta, Chairman of JAKSON, the expansion reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and responsibility in shaping next-generation energy solutions. Sundeep Gupta, Vice Chairman, added that the diversified portfolio positions the company to meet increasing demand for efficient and future-ready energy technologies. Sudhanshu Pokhriyal, CEO of the Distributed Energy Business, described the development as a milestone in delivering reliable and sustainable solutions to customers.

The newly launched JAKSON Genset Xtra is designed as a compact and fuel-efficient backup power solution for small commercial and residential applications, offering silent operation. The company’s BESS solutions are available in multiple capacities ranging from 3 kVA to 15 kVA, targeting households and commercial users seeking reliable backup and energy independence.

JAKSON’s Solar Kit has been developed as a comprehensive rooftop solution compliant with Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and Indian standards, integrating key components such as solar PV modules, inverters, and safety systems. Meanwhile, the Mobile Light Tower (MLT) is engineered for high-performance applications in sectors including defence, infrastructure, construction, and emergency operations, offering extended runtime and durability in harsh environments.

In addition, JAKSON has entered the electric mobility segment through a strategic partnership with a Bengaluru-based company, introducing electric three-wheelers to its portfolio. The move is aimed at strengthening its presence in sustainable mobility alongside clean energy generation and storage.
