Clean Max Divests 26% Stake In Yuhdul Subsidiary To TATA Communications In Strategic Move

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has taken a strategic step by deciding to sell part of its stake in one of its subsidiaries. On May 4, 2026, the company’s Board of Directors approved the sale of 2,600 shares of Clean Max Yuhdul Private Limited to TATA Communications Limited. With this transaction, the subsidiary, which was earlier fully owned by Clean Max, will no longer remain a wholly owned entity.

Clean Max Yuhdul Private Limited is a newly formed company, incorporated on October 23, 2025. Due to its recent establishment, the subsidiary had not yet contributed to the parent company’s turnover, revenue, or net worth in the previous financial year. The value of the transaction has been set at INR 26,000, which represents the consideration for the 2,600 shares being transferred.

The buyer, TATA Communications Limited, is a well-known company based in Mumbai. Clean Max has clearly stated that the buyer is not related to its promoter group. It also confirmed that the deal does not fall under related party transactions, ensuring that it is being carried out as an independent and transparent commercial arrangement.

Both companies are now working towards completing the formalities required to close the deal. They are expected to sign a definitive Share Purchase Agreement on or before June 30, 2026. The full completion of the share transfer is also planned within the same timeline, unless both parties agree to extend the deadline.

The company shared this update as part of its regulatory obligations. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Clean Max has informed both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India about the transaction to ensure transparency for investors and the public.
