In a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the company stated that the heading “Unaudited Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows for the year ended March 31, 2026” should be read as “Audited Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows for the year ended March 31, 2026.” Additionally, the term “Unaudited” appearing below the section for the year ended March 31, 2026 has been replaced with “Audited.” The company also corrected the comparative period reference from “For the year ended March 31, 2024” to “For the year ended March 31, 2025.”

Alpex Solar clarified that no other changes have been made to the published consolidated financial results for the quarter, half-year, and full financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company noted that the corrigendum should be read in conjunction with the financial results announced on May 21, 2026.

The revised filing includes the updated audited Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows and maintains all previously reported financial figures and disclosures.
