ACME Solar Holdings Limited has informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India about the commissioning of a new Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project by its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Suryodaya Private Limited. The disclosure was made under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, and follows the company’s earlier update issued on July 1, 2026.
The subsidiary commissioned 110.336 MWh of battery energy storage capacity on July 15, 2026, at Village Sanwara and Mehar Nagar in Pokhran Tehsil, Jaisalmer district, Rajasthan. The project will officially begin commercial operations from July 17, 2026.
With this latest addition, ACME Suryodaya’s total commissioned capacity has reached 285 MW / 952.960 MWh, strengthening the company’s presence in India’s growing energy storage sector. The update was signed by Rajesh Sodhi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, and submitted to the stock exchanges for regulatory compliance and investor information.
